Earliest Memories

The farthest i can remember would be till the age of 6 or 7. Our best friends were our neighbors. Swaroop and Sneha. Man, we had a lot of fun. We'd meet everyday after school and play all evening. Swaroop and I used to hang out with the guys, play gully cricket. When nobody was playing, the five of us used to hang out together. We'd play hide and seek, stupid no-rules-cricket (for the girls), run around like crazy! Lots of memories.
These guys were there with us in our most difficult times as well. Swaroop was always with me when my dad passed away. During that whole phase, their family was the most supportive.I have no idea what we would have done without them.
Apart from Swaroop and Sneha, we also had Salman and Venkat. Salman was this dude, had an amazing sense of humor, had a huge bunch of chicks, and was kind of the most popular guy in the colony. Really nice dude too. He was the guy who could play all the sports. He'd try teaching us stuff everyday. Venkat was this kid who had a giant energy reserve in him. The guy never got tired! He'd run all day long, bare foot and still be active enough to run some more! He was a nice guy too.
Now these were people from our colony. When i was in my 8th standard, mum and dad sent me to a tutorial close to home. It was a little torturous but I met some amazing people there too. Sravan was my first friend there. Then there was Imran, Ajaz, Abdul Razi, Avinash, Chakravarti, Rajesh, etc. Everyone were really nice. Had a lot of fun times there. Every evening, Sravan, Imran, Ajaz and I used to stand near my lane with our cycles and try doing stunts with them. This was to impress some girls who used to pass that way. Ofcourse, they never realized that. Although the girl I was hitting on happened to be my girlfriend a few years later!
This is the earliest memory of friends that i had. Also, some of the closest friends i had!
